






Wayne L. Gardner
Wayne is a true Arizonan. He was born and raised here, and spent most of his professional career in the greater Phoenix area. Wayne received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. After practicing for a few years in Houston, he returned to Arizona in 1988 and joined a large Phoenix law firm, then became managing partner of Jackson White Gardner in Mesa. Wayne later worked as in-house General Counsel for a large corporation. He has owned several businesses and served on various bank boards. Most of his work is in real estate, banking, commercial transactions and complex business transactions. He also works in estate planning.
Bar Admissions: Wayne is licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and Texas and in various Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeals, United States Court of Military Appeals, United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, and is one of a very select group of attorneys admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Civic & Community Affiliations: Wayne served as President of the Mesa School Board and Mesa YMCA. He was Co-chair of the Ways and Means and Appropriations Committees as an Arizona State Legislator. In addition, Wayne served his church as President of the Santiago East Chile Mission and Cuernavaca Mexico Mission. He currently is the Republican Chair of Legislative District 19.
Wayne lives in Mesa with his wife Teresa. They have four children.
